Our personal water filter straw will have an indefinite shelf life if unused and stored in a protected environment with moderate temperature and low ozone levels. The upgraded straw can not only connect to disposable water bottles with 28mm threading as a squeezable water filtration system, but also serve as a replacement filter for different gravity systems, including our own 6L gravity system "B08ZYMXLMH".

The upgraded water filter has a larger filtration capacity of 5,000 L (compared to the previous 1,500 L), and a faster water flow rate. To drink the filtered water quickly, first stand the dry water filter in drinking water for 1-2 minutes or rinse the mouthpiece side under a tap until the inside is wet. After each use, backwash with clean water and vertically place to dry. To extend the straw water filter's lifetime, we suggest using the best fresh water source to backwash the straw filter after each use. Note that the filter is not designed for seawater.
